This is where I write.

Whatever strikes my whimsy.

I write for no one but myself.

I write to discover what I can write.

To discover who I am.

No. There is no deep, dark secret.

Just simple self-reflection. Or self-discovery.

I have no wisdom to share. No insights about life.

I toss a bottle with a note into the great sea that is the internet.

I do not hope for a reply. Maybe no one will read it.

Maybe it just sinks to the bottom of the sea.

Maybe it washes up on an uninhabited shore.

It does not matter.

It matters not that I am read or not read.

It only matters that I write.
